  • You can cancel your order by getting in touch with customer service. Please do this prior to shipment period which is 4 days at most.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
  • If your order didn't go through and was denied, it may be possible that your payment was declined. Here are a few reasons why that may have happened.
